ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3359 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.319 of 2025 dated 01.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 04.04.2025 till 25.09.2025, without fail. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has appeared from 04.10.2025 to 25.09.2025 except for 16 days.

4. Considering the above, the condition No.7(ii) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3359 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.319 of 2025, dated 01.04.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on first and third Monday of every month until further orders. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
