Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.KRISHNAVENI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19359 of 2023 , dated 26.10.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.16884 of 2023 been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition already imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19359 of 2023, dated 26.10.2023 is hereby fully relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on receipt of summon.
