Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to rectify the recent error dated 06.11.2024 in patta proceedings occurred by the 2nd respondent to made an entry of private patta lands in survey no.165/1B as Government poramboke land instead of 165/1A and consequently directing the respondents to restore the petitioner name as a one of the joint patta holder in Survey No.165/1B as property situating at Thanjavur 1/4

District, Kumbakonam Registration District, Kumbakonam Circle, Cholapuram village in the light of order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(MD)No.4400/2023 dated 10.09.2024 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2024.

ORDER

After elaborate arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent Mr.M.Saravanan, the Court pointed out the petitioner's lack of any right having been confirmed upto this Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that in the event the writ petitioner indulging any further litigation, the same will be viewed seriously. No costs. Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No 21.03.2025 am 2/4
