When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced a copy of G.O.(D) No.1478 Home (Prison-IV) Department dated 06.12.2024 rejecting the petitioner's request for premature release of the convict. The petitioner has to question the same in the manner known to law. This contempt petition is closed.
