This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to handover the investigation by appointing any police officer to investigate the case in Crime No. 164 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent and ensure that charge sheet is filed against all 18 accused by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same is not yet taken on file.
