Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
