O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 03.11.2023 and conclude the enquiry in connection with CSR No.1033 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent within time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the complaint was given by the petitioner on 03.11.2023, stating that one vehicle was left by some suspected persons. The same was seized by the respondent Police, so far, no proper action has been taken.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a counter issue over landed property between the petitioner and some other persons. Complaint and counter complaint were also given by both sides. Even though the above said vehicle was left by the suspected persons, owner of the property could not be found out, because of non availability of proper records. He would further submit that the said enquiry is pending.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, let the enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
