O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioners compliant dated 28.09.2023 and conclude the enquiry in connection with C.No. 4224/SP-TNI/GDP/2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent with in time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receiving the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in C.No.4223/SP-TNI/GDP/2023. Initially a suit in O.S.No.19 of 2023 is pending between the parties. By advising them to work out remedy in the pending suit, the enquiry was closed.

3. In view of the above submission, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
