The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos. 2 to 5 and 9 to 12, have filed this petition to call for the records in P.R.C.No.24 of 2013, on the file of the District Munisif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Andipatti, Theni District and to quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent made representation as PRC.No.24 of 2013 has been committed to the Court of Sessions and as of now pending with the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Theni, in S.C.No.82 of 2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is recorded. Thereby, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
