ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.292 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the revision petitioner, the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 25.11.2018. In the meantime, difference of opinion arose between the petitioner and the respondent. Hence, the petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.292 of 2023 seeking dissolution of marriage under Section 13(i) (i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Now the case is pending for adjudication. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Subordinate Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai, to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Subordinate Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.292 of 2023 pending on his file, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
