ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in A.S.No.26 of 2023 dated 10.11.2023 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Karur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the 10th respondent would submit that delivery was 2/4

taken and the same was handed over to the decree holder on 08.12.2023 and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would also concede the same, but seeks liberty to proceed with the appeal.

4. Recording the submissions made on either side, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The revision petitioner is at liberty to proceed with the appeal. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
