ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to take necessary action against the third respondent and give police protection to the petitioner for the life and limb on the threatening given by the third respondent and consider the petitioner's compliant in CSR No. 1132 / 2023 dated 01.09.2023 within the period stipulated by this Court

2. The petitioner has sent a representation on 01.09.2023, but no action has been taken, hence the present petition has been filed.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner CSR No. 1123 of 2023 dated 01.09.2023 assigned and the respondent has summoned both the parties for enquiry and both the parties appeared, and after enquiry the same was closed since it is a civil dispute.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner a case in Crime No.295 of 2023 has been registered against the third respondent and his wife and the petitioner is also ready to appear before the respondent police for further enquiry on 17. 12.2024. The respondent police to enquire the petitioner and ensure the presence of the rival party on 17.12.2024 to complete the enquiry.

5. In view of the same the petitioner and the rival party are directed to appear for enquiry on 17.12.2024 before the respondent police and on their appearance the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
