ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking mandamus by appointing Hon'ble Retired Judge / Judges for conducting election for the triennium period 2025 to 2028 for Tirunelveli CMS Evangelical Church new registration No.4/1982 HO, Idayankulam, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District and further to form a special committee to look into the complaints and grievances of all the members including the Managing Committee and file report to this Honble Court.

2. It is informed that already election has been held pursuant to the orders of this Court in W.M.P(MD).No.21172 of 2025 in W.P(MD).No. 30601 of 2023 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
