2.This Court has already considered the case on merits and dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by A4, A5 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.20963 of 2024, by order, dated 02.12.2024.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this petitioner is also partner along with A4 and A5. 4.In view of the above, the same order will apply to the petitioner also.
