This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to punish the contemnor/respondent for her Page No. 1 of 4

willful disobedience of the order dated 26.04.2023, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.7811 of 2023.

2. By the aforesaid order dated 26.04.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 7811 of 2023, the respondent was directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner and dispose of the same on its merits and in accordance with the law, by summoning the petitioner as well as all the objectors.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondent, submitted that in pursuance of the aforesaid direction, an enquiry was conducted with both parties. Finding that a law and order situation may arise, the matter was referred to the Tahsildar for a peace committee meeting. The peace committee meeting was conducted by the concerned Tahsildar on 22.01.2025. A resolution was adopted, by which the petitioner's group was permitted to construct the temple and the objectors, namely the opposite parties, were instructed to approach the court for necessary relief, if required.
