ORDER

This contempt petition is filed to punish the contemnor/ second respondent for his deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8156 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that in this matter final report has been filed as 'Mistake of Fact' before the trial Court and RCS notice has also been served upon the petitioner.
