ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P(MD)No.16699 of 2025 dated 20.06.2025.

2. It is informed that the part of the order, namely the disconnection has been given effect. However, with reference to the later portion of the order, namely granting of fresh conncetion, the same can be done only as per seniority since it is an agricultural connection and the same is being granted as per seniority. Considering the fact that the petitioner has made a representation on 05.11.2024, his seniority will be reckoned from the said date and the petitioner shall make a fresh online application and along with this application also annexe his representation dated 05.11.2024 for granting the agricultural connection. The respondent shall register the application on the date 05.11.2024 and not as on the date the online application is made since the delay is only on the part of the respondents.

3. Pursuant to the issuance of statutory notice, the contemnor is present before this Court. Further appearance of the contemnor is dispensed with. 2/4
