[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 10.12.2024 passed in W.P(MD) No.29644 of 2024.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 10.12.2024, the Tahsildhar, Nilakottai, has surveyed the disputed areas and found that there are no encroachments.
