P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to re-release the subsidy amount of Rs.2,25,000/- by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2024.

ORDER

By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of order proposed to be passed in this Writ Petition, notice to the respondents 4 & 5 is dispensed with. 3.It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 24.06.2024 to re-release the subsidy amount of Rs.2,25,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Twenty Five Thousand Only) has not been considered so far by the authorities concerned. Hence, he has filed this Writ Petition. 2/4

4.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2024 and after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
