This petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime No.424 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Panagudi Police Station, Tirunelveli District and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the case is pending trial before the Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli in S.C.No.28 of 2016.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P(MD) No.2 of 2013 is closed.
