This petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected with the case in Crime No.33 of 2011 pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same as illegal. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the case pertaining to Crime No. 33 of 2011, final report has been filed on 23.08.2013,in which, the Investigation Officer closed the investigation as Further Action Dropped. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
