ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.93 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent Police Station.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that there are two accused in this case; that a Final Report has already been filed against the first accused before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur, and in respect of the second accused, who is a juvenile, a Final Report has also been filed before the Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai, on 09.07.2024, which are yet to be numbered.
