ORDER

The petitioners seek direction to the third respondent not to harass them and their family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent Police is not harassing the petitioners; that an enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the fourth respondent against the petitioners; and that the enquiry would be completed within a period of one week.

3. Recording the above submission, this Court directs the third respondent to complete the enquiry and communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioners within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
