Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.PRABHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD). No.18009 of 2023, dated 30.10.2023.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in this case been completed and the charge sheet was filed before the Concerned Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18009 of 2023, dated 30.10.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders. sd/- 01/12/2023 / TRUE COPY / /12/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
