This petition has been filed praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur to expedite the trial proceedings in C.C.No.187/2004 and complete the same within the period stipulated by this Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Mgistrate, Vedasandur is directed to expedite the trial proceedings in C.C.No.187/2004 and complete the same within the period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on merits and in accordance with law.
