ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider his application dated 23.07.2025 to provide Electricity Connection in Door No.60/1, situated at Kudi Street, Pichampatti, Krishnarayapuram, Karur District.

2. Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the third respondent, notice to him is dispensed with. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.According to the petitioner, he made an application before the respondents 1 and 2 seeking an electricity service connection to the property mentioned above. Since the said application has not been considered, the petitioner has approached this Court.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 23.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner as well as the third respondent.
