When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.01.2023, the learned counsel for the appellants reported 'no instructions' and made an endorsement to that effect in the grounds of second appeal. Therefore, the Registry was directed to delete the name of the learned counsel for the appellants and post the second appeal by printing the name of the appellants.
