JUDGMENT

Mr.Ramesh @ Ramiah, learned Counsel for the appellant appearing through Video Conferencing submits that the first appellant, Krishnan is no more and his son Marimuthu is already on record. He further submitted that he has not received any instruction from the surviving second appellant and hence, reporting 'No instruction'.

2. The learned Counsel for the respondent is present.

3. Recording the statement made by the learned Counsel for the appellant, this Second Appeal stands dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
