The petitioner herein is the accused No.3 in Crime No.587 of 2013, on the file of the 1st respondent police. He filed this application under the provision of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., in which he seeks the relief to quash the said FIR as illegal.
2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent represented that on 21.11.2013 itself, the said FIR was closed as 'further action dropped'.
3. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
