This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, seeking to quash the F.I.R. pending against the petitioner in Crime No.179 of 2010 on the file of the first respondent police.

3.A reading of the complaint prima facie informs of commission of cognizable offences. What are the offences, if any, made out and whom are to be arrayed as accused are matters for investigation. 4.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected M.P. is also dismissed.
