The petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused, has filed this petition to call for the records relating to the impugned charge sheet in PRC.No.10 of 2013, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent made representation as PRC.No.10 of 2013 has been committed to the Court of Sessions and as of now pending with the Principal District Judge, Nagercoil, in S.C.No.169 of 2013.

3. The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is recorded. Thereby, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
