Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 3. Issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with. 2.The fourth respondent has prepared a petition under Section 80A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 before the first respondent. The petitioner has given his objections. The first respondent is directed to pass order on the petition filed under Section 80A of the Act by taking into account the petitioner's objections. This exercise shall be completed by the first respondent on or before 28.02.2024. I make it 2/4

clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the private respondent are left open. The first respondent shall adopt the procedure laid down in the statute. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
