O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and the survey team at the time of survey of the landed properties belonging to the petitioner in Survey No.88/2B, 89/1B2 with an extent of 0.72.50 Hectare bearing the patta No.3147 situate in Kallanai Village of Vadipatti Taluk in Madurai District to avoid law and order problem, vide representation sent to the 3rd respondent, dated 22.11.2023.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the representation that was made by the petitioner regarding the trouble made by the private parties, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.751 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared. The counter party also undertook that they will not make any trouble to the 2/4

petitioner. On the basis of the above said, survey was conducted and boundary stone was also laid on 25.06.2022 itself. A certificate was also issued on 04.11.2022, which was addressed to this petitioner.

3. Without knowing correct particulars and without gathering proper facts, this petition has been filed unnecessarily. If the petitioner wants the certificate, which is already issued, from the authority, he can approach the concerned authority and get the certificate, dated 04.11.2022.
