Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the SC/ST Learned Special Judge Incharge (PoA) Act Dindigul to expedite the trial in Crl.MP.No. 664/2023 and dispose the same within the same within the time frame fixed by this Court.

The petitioner has approached this Court for speedy disposal of Crl.MP 664 of 2023, which is pending on the file of the learned Judge, (Incharge), Special Court for trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Dindigul.

2.It is reported that the Judicial officer of the said Court is vacant and an incharge officer has been posted for attending the urgent matters.

3.Since the Judicial officer is not present in Special Court for trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Dindigul, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.
