ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the 1/3

respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No. 494 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.In the instant case investigation has been completed and police report was filed before the Special Court, Madurai against six accused persons and the petitioner has been arrayed as A3. NBW was issued against the petitioner on 01.09.2023 and the same is pending.

4.In view of the above, it is left open to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and file a petition to recall the warrant and the same will be considered by the learned Judge on merits and in accordance with law. 5.In the above terms, this petition stands disposed of. sd/- 09/12/2024 / TRUE COPY / /12/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
