ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the first respondent to dispose the Appeal, dated 16.12.2024 within 2/5

the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner has filed an appeal as against the order of punishment imposed on him and the said appeal is pending from 16.12.2024, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 16.12.2024 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
