Heard both sides.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Central Government Standing counsel submitted that on 14.03.2023 itself, final order was passed by the respondent impounding the petitioner's passport.

3. The learned Standing counsel is directed to furnish a soft copy to the petitioner's counsel today itself so that the petitioner can challenge the same. If the writ petition is to be taken by 22.12.2023, the learned Central Government Standing counsel shall put on notice to the respondent that the case will be taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. With this observation, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
