By relying on an order dated 09.02.2023, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 03.08.2025 seeking Natham patta in respect of land in survey Nos.101/11 to 101/14. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He has placed on record copies of Natham patta Nos. 100, 48 and 272. He points out that patta No.48 has been issued to Avudaiammal and the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted leave to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer to challenge the above mentioned pattas. By acceding to the said request, this Writ Petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to challenge the pattas issued under patta Nos.100, 48 and 272 before the Revenue Divisional 2/4

Officer. If such appeal is filed within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to consider and dispose of the same on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt thereof after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and all pattadars.
