ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by the landlord challenging the order passed by the respondent corporation on 03.09.2024 wherein the request of the landlord to demolish the dilapidated building has been rejected on the sole ground that the landlord has not yet paid the property tax arrears.

2. In view of the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.13419 of 2017, as and when the respondent corporation visits the property and assesses the building, the petitioner shall be permitted to demolish the building. 2/4

3. With the said observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
