The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court in W.P(MD).No.16242 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents/ contemnors have taken prompt steps to comply with the order of this Court and the same will be complied with within two weeks.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed at the request of the learned counsels on either side. The respondents/contemnors are directed to comply the order of this Court passed in W.P(MD).No.16242 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023 within three weeks.
