This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner without due process of law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has previous case under NDPS Act. Therefore, based on the Intelligence Report, they watched the movements of the petitioner. Apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, recording the abovesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
