The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.15639 of 2022 dated 02.09.2022.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, proceedings have been issued by the first contemnor on 29.01.2026, wherein the appointment of the writ petitioner has been approved from the initial date of appointment.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed. The respondents are directed to release the arrears of salary as expeditiously as possible.
