ORDER

This petition was filed seeking for cancellation of the bail granted in favour of the second respondent.

2.This petition was filed mainly on the ground that the second respondent did not comply with the condition imposed by this Court wherein, the second respondent was directed to report before the first respondent once in a week every Saturday at 1/3

10.30 a.m until further orders.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that this condition imposed by this Court has been complied with by the second respondent herein. 4.In view of the above, the bail granted in favour of the second respondent cannot be cancelled.

5.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the investigation is not properly done by the respondent police.
