2.The petitioner wants to be furnished with a copy of the inspection report dated 19.08.2025. The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the assumption that a spot inspection of the land in question was conducted on the said date.

3.The registering authority informs the Court that no such inspection took place. A visit by an official does not necessarily amount to inspection. It is open to the petitioners herein to present the document of conveyance treating the land in question as an agricultural land. As and when such a document is presented, the sixth respondent will not keep it pending. He will take the decision immediately. It is open to the writ petitioners to move this Court again for appropriate relief. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
