ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner herein is the first accused in P.R.C.No.42 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Andipatti. He filed this application, to call for the records relating to the charge sheet in P.R.C.No.42 of 2011 and quash for the same. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the State would submit that as of now, the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions and assigned with case No as S.C.No.45 of 2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent is recorded. As per the above

submission, the prayer sought by the petitioner has becomes infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
