petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.110 of 2023 before the trial Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Taking into consideration the offence committed by the petitioner this Court has imposed the said condition and this Court find no reason to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court.
