ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by an aided College seeking a Mandamus as against the respondent University to approve the qualification of the Principal, who was selected through the Selection Committee appointed by the respondent University.
2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the selection process took place on 28.11.2022. The same was placed before the College Committee on the same day and it was also approved by the College Committee and appointment order was also issued on 28.11.2022. The proposal has been submitted by the petitioner College to the respondent University on 07.12.2022. So far no orders have been issued by the respondent University approving the qualification of the Principal. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. Considering the above said facts, the respondent University is directed to pass orders on or before 31.12.2023.

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
