2.The petitioner wants to continue his street vending business at the petition mentioned site. The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2023 and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The issue is left entirely to the discretion of the second respondent. 2/4
