This petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in Crime No.259 of 2013 has filed this petition to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No. 259 of 2013, on the file of the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to investigate the same in accordance with law and file a final report.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that after completing the investigation charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.19 of 2015, on the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Kulithalai and thereafter, the said case has been disposed of on 12.01.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is recorded. Thereby, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
