Challenging the order passed by the second respondent Regional Director, Southern Regional Committee, in File No. NCTE/2025/SRC/PAR/ ORDER/ SRCAPP201630134/dated 20.06.2025 and the consequential order passed by the third respondent Tamil nadu Teachers Education University in Lt.No.TNTEU/R/Withdrawn Affiliation/2025/0/096 dated 15.07.2025 withdrawing the recognition granted for the B.A B.ED./ B.Sc. B.ED. Program with effect from the academic year 2025-2026 and prohibiting the college from admitting students from the academic year 2025-2026, this writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned order is a non-speaking, and hence liable to be set aside.

4. On a perusal of the impugned order, it is seen that the order is a nonspeaking order. Despite the fact that all the documents have been produced, the order simpliciter rejected the request on the ground of non receipt of documents. In view of the same, the impugned order is set aside. The writ petition is allowed, and the matter is remitted back to the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to take note of the application and the accompanying documents filed and pass a fresh order granting recognition, within a period of three week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
